FARMS' INUNDATED. RAILWAY STOPPAGE. (By Telegraph—Press Associationo DUNEDIN, Feb. 4. Heavy rain in back country has ' caused the Taieri River to rise and in (the Riverside district several farms are under water. The Ontram railway lino is covered with water and trains are not likely to get through before Friday.
