’file Chief Justice. Sir James Blair, presided at a meeting of the Queensland Cricket Association executive and the players concerned in the recent cricket dispute. A settlement effected constitutes a complete vindication of the players’ attitude. The terms of settlement were that the whole matter should be regarded as closed; that in future all rules, regulations and instructions must he definitely observed by members of the touring teams, and that the executive lift the present suspensions and keep no record of them.
