OVER. TWELVE THOUSAND. NEW RECORD SET. A new record in unemployment registrations was created for the week ended! January 12, during which period the total number of men out of work whose names appeared on the registers at labour bureaux throughout New Zealand was 12,230. This was an increase of 3527 over the previous week.
