LONDON, Jan. 14. fn a message to the Antipodean scouts before* his ombarkment, Lord Baden-Rowell said: “I usually go where the scouts need help, but Australia and New Zealand Scouts and Guides are doing so well that I am merely going out to enjoy seeing how the movement has grown since I was there 18 years ago. I will also see more of those splendid samples of boyhood who were here at the last Jamboree.”
