DROWNED IN RIVER
DEATH OF YOUNG MAN
(By T.Ugnipli— Press Association.) OAMARU. Jan. 9. A young man, Stewart McGregor, was drowned in the Kakanui River, near Five Forks, this evening. A doctor applied resuscitation methods without avail. McGregor came from Merton. where it is understood his father lives.
