(United Frees Association —By Elec trio Telegraph Copyright.) Received 11.45 a.m. to-day. DELHI, Jan. 8. “Golden Crow,” who wants to he the next King of Burma, lias not been captured or killed. Instead it was a minor leader who was killed in a recent forest battle and “Golden Crow” is making new plans for an offensive against the British forces. Many rebels have given themselves up and valuable information has been extracted from them.
