PERTH, Jan. 8. Representatives of the Pastoralists and Associated primary producers Association, the Chamber of Mines, Mining Association and the Sawmules Association have, had several conferences on the -present economic crisis. Ihe representatives are of opinion that un'less prompt action is taken in regard to the industries, with a vie\v to reducino- costs, operations might have to cease. If this occurred it was considered that a serious financial collapse throughout the Commonwealth would ho inevitable.
