Sir Sefton .Braneker, late director of Civil Aviation, who perished in the RdlO‘l disaster, left £0,090, all to Miss Muriel Lee, the actress. Ilis will was made in 1927.
Miss Lee is aged 50. She is a member of a family prominent in the American Civil War, General Robert Lee being one of her line. She play ed many show parts and latterly has been producing plays. At present she is producing talkies at -Hollywood. •She was the first, woman to fly across the Equator, when she accompanied ,Sir Sefton Branc-kcr to Kenya Colony. Occasionally she flow at aviation meetings with Sir Sefton. The Air Ministry last month granted Lady Braneker u pension of £3OO a vea r.
