STRATFORD “EVENING POST” (By Telegraph—Press Association.) STRATFORD, Dec. 19. # The Stratford “Evening Post,” one of the oldest-established newspapers in Taranaki, has been taken over from the Taranaki publishing Company by the Egmont Newspaper Company, of which the proprietors are Mr. C. W. Hodge, .formerly of the “Taranaki Daily News”; Mr. R. L. Ferris, and Mr. J. Cormick, formerly manager and editor respectively for the former company.
