NEGOTIATIONS FOR TREATY RECIPROCITY BASIS OF PACT. SUPPLYING EACH OTHER’S NEEDS , (t’nitpil Press Association —By Eloctric Telegraph Copyright.) OTTAWA, Dec. 18. The hope was expressed at Windsor, Ontario, on Thursday, by Mr P. Moloney, Australian Minister of Alarkefs, that a trade treaty which would prove of mutual advantage to both Canada and Australia would result from his present visit to the Dominion. “The more we buy from one another the more we can soil to one another,” said Air Moloney, “and on that basis we hope to be able to effect an agreement aud a trade treaty. Apart from the fact we are sister Dominions and have much in common there are many commodities which we require and which Canada can produce, just as there are. many things Canada requires which we can supply.”
