HUGE DECLINE IN VALUES. {United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). WASHINGTON, Dec. 17. The Department of Agriculture has announced that the total value of all crops produced in the United States in 1930 is estimated at 6,274,824,090 dollars, or 2,400,000,000 dollars under the 1929 figure. The wheat cron of 850,965,000 bushels is valued at'517,407,000 dollars. The winter wheat production is estimated at 604,337,000 bushels, valued at 388.627,000 dollars; and Durum wheat ■production 35,665,000 bushel® valued at 25,113,000 dollars.
