A win for Tarurutangi by an innings and nine runs was the result of a cricket match between Tarurutangi and a Hawera eleven at Tarurutangi. Hawera’s first innings realised 38 runs, McFadyen contributing 15. L. Bishop and Sp. Giddy bore the brunt of the bowling, the former taking four wickets and the fatter two.
