ECONOMICALLY UNNECESSARY
INCREASED WHEAT TARIFF. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) Received 12.30 p.m. to-day. WASHINGTON, Dec. 3. It is* learned,' that the Senate Agricultural Committee has been discussing the question of raising the wheat tariff now standing at 42 cents. Such a move, while it might have a beneficial effect on political fortunes, is considered by farm experts as probably unnecessary, from an economic point.
