Rainfall as recorded at the Hawera Post Office during November of this year totalled 3.11 inches, this being .spread over 20 days of t-lie month, with a maximum daily fall of .52 inch on the fifteenth. The total was slightly below that for November of lastyear, when 3.85 inches were recorded on 17 days, with a maximum fall of 1.07 inches on the twenty-sixtn.
