DELAY CAUSED IX' INDIA (By Telegraph—Press Association.) 'WELLINGTON, Nov. 28. The Secretary of the General Post Offiic-e announces' that on. account' of wash-outs on. the South Indian railways, air mail correspondence despatched fromi Wellington on! October 3, missedl the connection; with the: air service which left Karachi on October 29. Air correspondence was, therefore, subject to delay in' delivery of one week.
