MY WASHING DAY.

1 always do my washing On each Monday afternoon, ‘Cos Mummy does her’s early, And she finishes quite soon. But I have lots of clothes to wash, As I’ve four dolls, you see; And they all get so dirty, too— Much dirtier than me. I realh* am quite busy, And' mv washing looks quite line, When I have nicely rinsed them All and pegged them on the line. But I’m afraid I get soaked through With soap-suds—so you see That when I’ve done my washing, then Mv Mummy washes me. Sent by Dora Coltart.
