With a return to more feminine modes, mi'iady has adopted the softer ,nos for night wear and lounging hours, pyjamas are gradually being replaced with nightdresses which show beautiful hand-work and lace. Jeanette MacDonald. who is co-starring with Jack Ruehanana in “Monte Carlo” has «. beautiful negligee, fashioned in persimmon chiffon. The flounced! sleeves and train as well as the upper portion of the gown is heavily embroidered with crystal beads, and it is worn ovea* night attire in a matching shade.
