MANAIA SITTING. There was a short- sitting of the Police Court at Manaia this morning, Messrs A. 11. Christie and J. <T. Mol-d-on, J’s.P., being on the Bench. Judgemnt by default was given, in the following undefended cases: A. IT. Yarrow v. Bex Smith, balance of account- ISs 2d and costs 16s; C. S. Chong v. Bangi Huna, £l3 2s 2d and costs £3 4s 3d.
