VISIT TO IRELAND AND FRANCE, LEAVES FOR HOME DECEMBER. 12. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) Received 1,25 p.m. to-day. LONDON, Nov. 27. Air. G. W. Forbes, Prime Alinister of New Zealand, will go to Dublin on Saturday, thence to Belfast, returning to London in a couple of days. He goes to France on December 6 to inspect the New Zealand war cemeteries and memorials and will embark on the Ormonde at Toulon on December 12.
