The impersonation of candidates for a Government Civil Service examination bv students well versed in the subjects to be written has caused the Civil Service Commission to require the nuger-prints of candidates for examinations to be taken. It was discovered that m Montreal and other large centres, where many candidates appeared, expert students had organised a ' regular business, charging £IOO each for impersonating stupid candidates for Government jobs, and l writing their papers.
