KILLED ATTACKER
DOUBLE SHOOTING TRAGEDY. DEATH OF YOUNG COUPLE (United i'resa Association—By Klectric Telegraph Copyright.; SYDNEY, Nov. 27. The dead bodies of a young couple were found at a lonely portion of the suburb of La l’erouse to-day. Both were .shot. The victims were Waldemar Oslinden aged 29, an engineer; and Winifred Ryan, aged 18. The police theory is that the pair drove to La Perouse in a car last night. Oslinden apparently attacked the girl, who, in defence of her honour, shot him through the back. The girl’s body was a short distance from the car. She had a bullet wound in the head and a revolver was near her left hand. A medical examination disclosed that Oslinden had died before midnight and the girl early in the morning.
