VANCOUVER, Oct. 29. “Edmonton and Alberta will not lose one cent ultimately, even though the banks may have to call upon the prairie Governments to make good the wheat guarantees,” states the Premier (Mr Brownlee). He regards the amount at stake as speculative, but believes the 10,000,000 dollars estimate of the Manitoba Premier as too low.
