NAVAL LIMITATION
THE LONDON TREATY DEPOSIT OF RATIFICATION SPEECHES BY WIRELESS. (British Official Wireless.) Received 2 p.m., to-day. RUGBY, Oct. 27. . The ceremony of depositing the ratification of the London treaty for naval armament limitation and reduction took place at the Locarno Room of the Foreign Office to-day. Speeches were, relayed by wireless from Tokio and Washington hy the J apanese Prime Minister and President Hoover respectively, while Mr. Ramsay MacDonald also broadcast a speech, in which he said lie hoped for all time that the evils of naval rivalry had been eliminated 1 between them. _ They bad passed another milestone in the tong way to peace and 1 security.
