It. is undermood that the outline of the King-'s Speech was approved at vesterdav V, meeting of Cabinet, and the final draft will be submitted in a day or two. The newspapers anticipate that itwill disclose 'that an early place in the legislative programme for the coming session, which opens on Thursday, will be given to the Land .Settlement Bill. -A Bill t-o amend the Trades Disputes Act of 1927. -passed after t'lie- general strike, will probably be one of t-hc other important measures, ia-s will l the Land Valuation Bill, the Marketing Bill, and the Consumers’ Council Bill.
