.'United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) MELBOURNE, Oct. 23. The police raided Communists’ premises to-day and made 20 arrests. They also seized a number . of .loaded batons and cartridges and a quantity of Soviet, propaganda. The police alleged that. Communists are mingling with the unemployed anil inciting them to violence. Fifteen loaded batons were secreted: in boxes of sawdust.
