LONDON, Oct. 22. “The Times” says: “There is no question of the growers here as well as in Australia and Canada being seriously affected by Russian wheat dumping when dumping is organised by a huge Government monopoly in absolute control of a vast country which it turned into a great slave farm and /then the avowed policy is to achieve world revolution by creating unrest. “Access to our markets will have to be controlled in our own interests, as .others control theirs. The Soviet itself has made trade a Government monopoly and no British made goods can be imported into Russia except through Government agencies.
THREAT OF REPRISALS
IF DUMPING PREVENTED
MOSCOW, Oct. 22
The Soviet has issued a statement threatening reprisals against the Powers for taking measures against the dumping of wheat. The statement says there were no complaints when Tsarist Russia exported more wheat than the Soviet.
