LADIES’ GUILD
(From Our Own Correspondent,)
The last meeting of the Ladies’ Guild was held at Airs G. W. Williams’ residence. There was a record attendance. Tt was arranged at the meeting to bold a garden party on October 22 at Airs G. AY. Williams’ home. The ladies are now busy preparing for the sale of work. day School will also have their stall as last year.
The next meeting of the guild will be held at Airs AY. Andrews’.
GENERAL
During the school vacation Mrs G. AAhlliams gave an afternoon tea party to a number of children. A most enjoyable afternoon was spent with games and competitions.
PERSONAL
Aliss Murray has just returned from a holiday spent with his sister, Airs AV. Aturrow, of Marton. Alias Srnail was the guest of Airs A. E. AVilliams for a few days.
