SERIOUS CHARGE
MAN SENT TO SUPREME COURT

GISBORNE, Sept. 13. Pleading; not guilty, Arthur Ernest Donald, aged 54, was committed for trial to- the Supreme Court on a charge, of unlawfully using an instrument in respect of a young girl. Bail was allowed.
