AGENTS OF SOY LET (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) CAIRO, Sept. 12. Two men, together with two Russian Jewesses acting as secretaries, all of whom are declared to be agents of the Soviet International, have neon arrested on the grounds that they allegedly are concerned in the creation of a Bolshevist centre in Egypt, particularly in the selection of Egyptian recruits for training in Moscow.
