Copyright.) Received. 11.15 a.m., to-day. WARSAW, Soot, 10. With the characteristic Pilsudski touch 22 members of the dissolved Parliament were suddenly arrested, including the ex-Premier, M. Witos, and an ex-Cabinet member, M. Barlioki. This is supposedly a sequel to the recent decision of the Oppositionists to make a common cause against Marshal Pilsud'ski. who is nervous as a result of the impending elections. It is rumoured that 120 'places have been prepared at Biestlitovsk gaol lor the Opposition Parliament.
