CbHec", as eo-respond-The jury awarded petitioner £6OO damages and it was ordered that of the sum £3OO be placed with the Public Trustee for the benefit, of the children. A decree nisi, to be moved absolute at the expiration of-three months, was made. In the; case of Ivan ‘Henry Ashlov Smith v.
