MR J. A. FLESHER. PROVISION FOR TRUST. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 24. Probate of the will of the late Mr .1. A. Flesher was granted in the Supreme Court by his Honour Mr Justice Adams, the estate being sworn at a value of under £.‘>o,ooo. The executors of the estate are Mr Flesher’s widow, his son (Mr H. dc R. Flesher), and Miss L. Graham, who for a number of years has been a clerk in Mr Flesher’s office. Mr Flesher made no public bequests, but after provision lias been made for personal legacies to his widow, son and daughter and to Miss Graham, one-third of the residue of the estate is to bo held in trust for religious, charitable and educational purposes. The trust is to be known as the “J. A. Flesher Trust/’ and the executors are empowered by the will to prepare a scheme for the administration of the trust. No estimate is yet available regarding the amount that will accrue to the trust.
