AMONG THE “BEST SELLERS.” (British Official Wireless.) Received 12.15 p.m. to-day. RUGBY, Aug. 20.
Since the two volumes of the Simon Commission’s report on India were published in June, over 45.000 copies of each have been sold, and it is still selling. For a work of that particular type it can fairly he described as a ‘‘best seller.” The circulation figures, of course, include conies .sold in India.
