DUNEDIN ACTION. (Bv- Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Aug. 19. The University Council to-day decided to adopt a recommendation of the professorial board that in future the graduation ceremony he held in private—that is. that admission be by invitation. The board has set up a committee to make recommendations whereby the dignity of the university may he ensured at the ceremony.
