ATTEMPT TO, DIVERT SUISPffICION

What wa.s described by the police as a deliberately framed up burglary had its sequel in the Magistrate’s 'Court this afternoon, when Pearl Audrey Bound, 24 years, married, a domestic, was charged with theft of £8 Ins from her employer. She pleaded guilty. It was sholwn that accused) placed a plank against a window and bored a hole in the window sash to give it the appearance of having been forced. The dust, on the window sill, however, was undisturbed. Accused, when interrogated, admitted the theft. Sentence was postponed.
