SECESSION DESIRED
WEST AUSTRALIA AND COMMONWEALTH. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright). Received 12.15 p.m. to-day. PERTH. July 31. A public meeting attended by 2500 citizens approved of secession from the Commonwealth and decided to ask the State Government to take forthwith a referendum on the question.
