ROUGH WEATHER ENCOUNTERED
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. July 31. JhrWith 56 passengers the Corinthic arrived at 7.20 from Southampton, two days’ late. The . vessel experienced fair weather across the Atlantic, but after leaving Panama ran into isoutherlies and south-westerlies. which were particularly bad during the last five days. A similar experience happened to the R-emuera.
The Tahiti arrived- yesterday and reported high head seas, squalls, hail and sleet-, but no damage.
