FLEEING TO FRANCE FASCIST YOKE RESENTED. (United P»—sa Association— »y Electric Telegrapn Copyright.) Received 10.15 a.m. to-day. LONDON, July 29. The “Daily Mail’s” correspondent at Zermatt, Switzerland, describes a clandestine exodus of Italians. He says: “While I was talking to a well-known alpine guide, 40 haggard Italians who had fled from their own country trudged past on their way to France. The guide said that if this continued there would be nobody left in Italy 10 years hence. He stated that 10,000 to 20,000 crossed the frontier this year. They braved the glaciers and the bullets of Carahineri, while groups of 10 or 20 almost daily evaded Fascist vigilance.
