Mr P. iG. Minins, .New Zealand Rhodes scholar, was farewell! eid alt ISforth'cote, Auckland, a few days a'go. He will leave -for England on Priday. Mr W. Fleming was 1 yesterday reelected chiairimami of directors- of the Kahui Co-op. Dairy Company for the 17-th year -in succession. At the recent annual meeting of the Taranaki branch of the Friesian Association, Mr !C. A. Marchant was reelected president. At the annual meeting of the- S'traftford Dairy -Company a -resolution was passed: pllateing -on -record the services to the company of the late Mr Richard Dingle, and extending sympathy to his rcllativels. The motion was passed !by ■those present standing in. silence. The chairman, Air L. E. Hann, said Air Dingle had been a director of the company for two years and a chairman.' for 1-6 yealrs—-a very fine record. It Wa-s -largely owing to Air Dingle’s efforts that the company was in the good position it was. 'Mr Dingle was net only a farmer, but he had had a good business tra-ining, and he .gave of his best to the company.
