JOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Alee ting of the Hawera aunty Council held at the County lumbers, Hawera, on Saturday, oth lly, 1930, the following resolution was tssed and will bo submitted for con•nuition at an ordinary meeting of the juncil to be held on SATURDAY, the h day of AUGUST, 1930, at 10.30 m. at the County Chambers, Hawera. That in pursuance and exercise of ic powers vested in it in that behalf “The Counties Act, 1920,” and The Counties Amendments Act, 1927 id 1929,” and of all other powers in iat. behalf it enabling the Hawera unity Council hereby resolves by way ' Special Order as follows: — That for the purpose of providing ire. Protection by Agreement with the aworn Eire Board within that portion ' the County of Hawera which is devilled in the schedule hereto, the said awera County Council hereby makes id levies an annually recurring Rate f One-Sixth of a penny in the pound poll all rateable property within that irtion only of the County of Hawera hieh is described in the schedule iMOto on the 1 basis of the value of the uildings in the said area exclusive of re value of the sites on which such uildings are' erected.
