LORRY GOES OVER HILL

PASSENGER FATALLY INJURED. I (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WOODY!LLE. July 26. When descending a hill on the Saddle Road, about 3.15 p.m. to-day, a motor lorry loaded with firewood and driven bv j. Burlace, of *Wo-odville, fell 50ft to 60ft. The driver escaped with minor injuries, but ail old man named J. Mitchell received -severe injhries and died later after being attended by Dr. Mules. It is believed that-the brakes failed. Mr. Mitchell was married, and members -of Ills’family are living in various parts of New Zealand.
