A theory submitted to the police as a possible explanation of the Price mystery is that no weapon, was used at all.' Bv making an opening m a cartridge and exposing the powder, it can be placed in the mouth .and ignited bv. a match. It would not, it is alleged by the exponent of the theory, make a loud report, and it would also explain the marks of burning round the mouth.
