CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS SUGGESTED. fßy Telegraph—Press Association 1 CHRISTCHURCH, Feb. 14. An adjourned! meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Leslie James Roache and George Edward Stokes, merchants, of Christchurch, resolved that the papers he put into, the 'hands of the Crown Solicitor with a 1 view to taking criminal proceedings.
