ALLEGED THREATS
HAWERA RESIDENT ARRESTED
Arrested yesterday on .a charge of sending threatening letters to certain persons, a well-known Hawera resident was to appear before Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M., at the Magistrate’s Court this afternoon, but up to the time of going to press, 4.10 o’clock, owing to pressure of other business, his case had not been called.
