The Prime Minister, Air Ramsay, IMacDonald, writing to the Glasgow newspaper “Forward,’.’ attacks Air Lloyd George and Air Winston Churchill, who he says “seemingly have decid-j ed at all costs to defeat the Government by their dear coal cry.” They proposed to doom the miners to long working hours and defeat the only chance of a lifetime to organise a deplorable trade and give internal peace, j Air Lloyd George’s speech was plainly designed, wrote Mr AlacDonafd, to prevent - the Liberals from 00-operating with the Government and to defeat the good relations alreadys 'built up between them. “The manoeuvre will be tried 'again and again,” said the Prime Alinister, “but whether it will succeed depends on the Liberals. Labour is undisturbed and will pursue the even tenor of its way, trusting the electors will give a fair deal and a just judgment.”
