Through the Intern'idonal B-rc ad casting Union at Geneva the British Broadcasting Corporation has offered facilities for relaying the proceedings by line from Savoy Hill or telephone by a wireless link from Daventry, SXX, to broadcasting organisation's throughout Europe. In spite of tl e inconvenient hour for American longitudes the National Broadcasting Company of the United States is arranging to relay the speech througu its chain of stations.
