ALLEGED CONSPIRACY
GOODS ON FALSE CREDIT. (United Press A ssociation —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) SYDNEY, Deio. 20. In connection with the alleged, conspiracy case, Morris Abraham Kutner (aged '37 years), Daniel Joseph Rogers (65), Albert Monroe Cameron (27), and Harry Roden (39), auctioneers, Albert Arthur Ell is don (60), merchant, and Harry Levy (67), broker, wens charged with conspiracy to defraud such persons as should bo induced to give credit to Gheapley’s' Ltd., or to A. A. Bilisdon by false representation. ' The nolice stated that goods worth about £65,000 had been obtained! from various firms. About £15,000 worth bad been recovered, and there was about £3OOO left in the bank. Cliaapley’s, Ltd. sold the goods at half-price or less. The case was adjourned till January 10 ibui'l being allowed. The police stated that at least 100 witnesses would be. called!.
