Feinton) will represent Australia at the five-Power naval conference. NEW ZEALAND’S REPRESENTATIVE. (By Telegraph—Special to “The Star.”) WELLINGTON, Dec. 5. The Prime Minister announces that New Zealand will be represented at the forthcoming naval disarmament conference in London by the new High Commissioner (Hon. T. M. Wilford).
