SYDNEY, Sept. 6. Total paralysis of industry throughout the State for twenty-four hours was proposed at the Labour Council meeting if the seven timber strike leaders are convicted of conspiracy. The proposal met with general approval. A conference of executives of all unions will be called to consider the matter, or to devise other means of registering a protest.
