SYDNEY, Sept. 4. The trial concluded to-night ol William .Simon, aged 112, a garage keeper of Darliinghurst, on a charge ol murdering his brother Joseph. The jury returned a verdict of manslaughter, ami Simon was remanded for sentence. The coroner .investigating the death of Joseph Simons in a Darlinghurst garage on Apr.l 17 returned a verdict that Joseph was murdered by Jiis hrother William. The coroner committed William for trial and discharged Philip Malouf, who was under arrest on a charge of murder. The coroner remarked tiia/t it was ft strange case. The murder could have been committed by any one of four persons. The evidence was extremely contradictory. There was absence of motive and there was the possibility that the bullet found the wrong mark.
